7 Ways To Start Transforming Your Life Right Now…

In the last 3 years since I was in a severe automobile accident my focus has been on my healing journey. My first intention was to get my body back to where it was before the accident. Many of the changes have made my life better than it was before the accident. I have transformed my body, my health, my life and the lives of those around me.

I once was told that I was a baby chick in an egg, pecking away at the shell from the inside about to hatch. Recently some one said that I was a beautiful flower bud about to burst open into full bloom. I have an image of myself as going from a caterpillar to a chrysalis. Soon I will emerge from my cocoon as a beautiful butterfly.

I am on a journey of transformation and I invite you to come along with me. You can take baby steps or giant leaps. You can change one small thing or many big things. All you need to do is pick a place to start from the list below and once you put it into practice you have begun your transformation. Take as many or as few steps as needed.
