I have been on a Healing Journey since May 3, 2009, when I was in a severe car accident caused by a drunk driver. From that moment on, I began healing myself and making positive changes in my life. Some of the changes were minor and some were significant.
Somewhere along my Healing Journey, my business We Be Healthy, and my career as a Health Strategist was born. Me, my business and this site are all dedicated to supporting you in your journey towards a healthy lifestyle.
I have been through a life-changing event. I have learned so much in my search to heal from my injuries and in my mission to create a healthy lifestyle.
